And we're back! I didn't plan on taking a month long break from blogging but this is the first night I've had to sit down and catch up. Life has been busy with work but it has been busier with fun. I'm grateful for the balance.
First, we spent basically all of February back and forth between our place and Pebble Beach. What a great arrangement! We had my Grandma, Georgia, and Stacie at Pebble for all of February and lots of family that came to visit throughout the month
At the At&t Pro-Am Tony Romo just happened to hit his ball right on the front lawn. My Dad told Tony if he wanted his ball back he had to take a picture with his daughters haha. I never really tought he was cute but in person I was impressed:)
Stacie has no shame, he's an engaged man but she was going in for the kill haha. Best picture.
Really though there is nothing better than the gorgeous scenery and weather. Stacie and I went running along Ocean Ave. and it was so refreshing.
I also got to bring Stacie and my Dad to a Warriors game. It was fun introducing them the people I work with and getting them down on the court. It truly has been the best job.
Back at Pebble...my Grandma got kissed right on the mouth by Anthony Anderson. He hit his ball into some girls ankle at the house and came up to apologize. It was Grandma's birthday so she got a birthday kiss haha hilarious.
Just enjoying the tournament and the 75 degree weather.
These are a little out of order but I'm still cracking up that Matt somehow got in the pick behind Tony about to swing. That reminded me of another time he weaseled into a picture at Pebble...
Remember this one? 3 years ago! Haha oh Matt.
The following weekend my sisters and my cousin Ethan drove out from Utah.
We hit up Old Fisherman's Wharf.
And the beach, of course.
Finally, (this should prob be it's own post but I'm trying to be efficient!) we celebrated Matt's birthday-- 26!! Can't believe we've been together for over 4 years. We were reminiscing yesterday about all the places we've been and adventures we've had thus far. We definitely have many more to go. Being on our own here in CA has been awesome. You learn how to really rely on each other. We love it here. He definitely had a happy birthday complete with ice cream cake and a new iphone! He has totally converted---we call his iphone the "bye-tone" since that's basically what he's saying to me anytime he's on it haha.
Life is good.
